Freelance Sculpting :: Buddha Sculpture
The following photos show a larger than life size clay Buddha that I was hired to repair and finish for Arkahdia Arts in Glendale, CA. The picture to the left in each pair shows the work of a previous sculptor and the picture to the right reflects the modifications I completed to get the piece ready for casting.

Freelance Sculpting :: Football Desk Pedestal
In 2008, Arkahdia Arts again contacted me to salvage a project that was in need of some help. The client wanted a life size football player in an actual pose with authentic clothing and equipment as shown in the Picture #1. Upon approval of the sculpture, the piece would be cast and two replicas created in plaster to serve as the pedestal supports for a glass tabletop.
Photos #2 and #4 represent where the project was at when I was called, and #3, #5 and #6 what I was able to accomplish on a limited budget and short time frame.

#1. Source image for what the sculpture should be.

#2. Where they started using a foam dummy.

#3. Where I took it...

#4. Another view before I got called.

#5. Another view of the redone sculpture.

#6. View with desktop mockup for end use of sculpture.

Your Pet In Paint Presents "Bella"
This is a portrait of Bella, the playful puppy of my friend Wade. She lives in Santa Fe, NM and loves her pink, stuffed weiner dog toy! The painting was done in oil on a gallery wrapped 8 x 8" canvas (ready to hang, no frame required). Please visit www.yourpetinpaint.com or contact me at brad@yourpetinpaint.com if you would like details.
